PARTIAL DATE FINDER: Find all dates matching partial specification within search range. Search by year, month, day constraints. Use for 'Find all September 1st dates from 2020-2030', 'When is first Monday of September?', 'All dates with month=12 day=25'.

ISO 8601 search range start

Calendar system (default: gregorian)
